Healing in your wounds

Are you suffering with a  wounded heart?

I know you might have been heartbroken because of many things the classmates around you making fun of you all the time. Or you might not have gotten the seat that you always wanted. Not enough marks or not enough resources. Or maybe your parents are saying something else and it might have broken your heart. Heart being broken because of the fights all around you with the people around you. My friends, the Lord looks into your heart and he wants to heal all your wounds. So open up your wounds. Don't keep it close to Jesus.

There was a man who was beaten and robbed and thrown on the street. And in the Bible we read about him there. He was lying there, helpless, not able to move because of the beatings he took. Blood oozing from different parts of his body, from his limbs. And there came a priest who just looked at him and passed him by. Another man, a Levite, came and didn't help him. He thought, Will somebody not look at me? Will somebody not help me? He was lying there with all the pain, suffering alone. And there came just an ordinary man, a Samaritan. And he looked at him and he could not move past him. He came rushing, and he tended to his wounds. He patched him up with oil and wine, and he took him to a nearby inn and made sure that he would recover.

My friends, that is the heart of our Lord Jesus. Also today. He will not simply pass you by. He will look into your wounds, in your heart, and he will be moved with compassion for you. And he will lay his hands, which have been wounded for you on the cross. They pierced nails through his hands. Blood came oozing out because he wanted to bring healing through those wounds upon your wounds. He will touch you with those wounds of Jesus. And I know that God will heal you wholly. Jesus Himself has come to heal you. He says, Nobody else needs to attend to my children. And when Jesus heals us, we become wholly healed. Our past disappears, our suffering disappears. The agony in our heart disappears. All things are made new.

How does Jesus do this? He looked at a woman called Mary Magdalene when she was having so many wounds in her heart, being called a sinner by all people, saying nobody respects me. Nobody looks at me, Lord. Nobody wants me because of My stain of sin. Jesus looked at her with all his love, and he said that her sins are washed away, and gave her a new life. All her old things were gone. It is through love Jesus heals our heart. His love will capture our heart, fully drenched in his love, and we become renewed. All our wounds become healed. We forget about them and we start new. After that, Mary Magdalene was filled with the love of Jesus. She followed Him wherever he went and helped in Jesus'ministry. She did all things to help the people along with Him. He gave a new meaning to her life, and a joy and a love in her heart.

Yes, my friends, that is how Jesus heals his people. And this verse says, after he heals us, he gives us abundance and security. The Bible says, when the Son who betrayed His Father and fought with Him and left came back to His Father, the Father loved Him and kissed Him and embraced Him. And he said, now my Son is back, and I'm giving Him all authority in this house. Give Him a new robe, give him new sandals, give Him a big feast. Let Him enjoy the abundance of My house, and let Him be secure having refuge in My house. You will enjoy such a new abundance from Jesus once you come into his love. And you will be secure being guarded by Jesus and led by Him.

Even now, he's here among us. My friends, shall we give our wounds to be healed by Jesus? Lord, we are not covering anything up. We are not hiding our pain, lord, we are giving it all to you, opening our hearts to you. Come Lord, Holy Spirit. The spirit of God is coming into you. Oh, he is tending to Your wounds, helping you in your weakness, in Your weak state. And the blood of Jesus is being placed upon you. It is washing you, making you new, my friend.

Thank God for this healing through the love that Jesus is placing on you. Receive this love, receive it my friends. His love is making you new, as his blood is washing you from the hurt in your heart. Yes, Thank God for him working with you. Thank you for the new beginning Lord. Thank you for a heart filled with your love. Thank you because our heart of hurt and agony has left us. Now bless your children with a new future Lord.Give them abundance and give them great security in you.In Jesus name Amen.

Sister. Jasmine, who had a lump on her chest, came to a meeting at the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower at Parrys, Chennai for prayers straight from the hospital with a broken heart gripped with great fear. I was sharing God’s Word on that particular day and during the time of prayer, I asked those who are sick to lay hands on the place they suffer and pray along with me for their healing. Sis. Jasmine prayed in faith, went home and quickly examined and found to her great surprise that there was no trace of lump. She rushed to the hospital to confirm and the doctors reported that she is absolutely normal and has no such disease.

Thank God for His great love for the people in doing mighty miracles. We welcome you too to such Uturn youth meetings too. A Special event ‘Worship Night’ is organized on 17’th December 2023, Sunday at 6.00 pm in Bro.DGS.Dhinakaran Prayer Tower, at 16, Dr.DGS.Dhinakaran Salai, R.A.Puram.
